Driving Lives CIC Website Acceptable Use Policy

 

  1. Introduction

Driving Lives Group LTD reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to enforce this AUP, including but not limited to monitoring user activity, removing content, suspending or terminating user accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement authorities.

Driving Lives Group LTD reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this AUP to ensure compliance with its terms and conditions.

 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This AUP shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom to resolve any disputes arising from or relating to this AUP.
